Please remember that most of the products for sale are handmade and therefore we cannot guarantee that all products will look exactly alike, some may have minor imperfections. These "imperfections" lend to the character of the product, making each product unique in it's own way.

All products are thoroughly examined for any damages prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the item in excellent condition.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout Australia via Australia Post usually within 1-2 business days from the date your payment is confirmed. You package should arrive with 3-5 days from the date of shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries via Australia Post Air Mail International usually within 1-2 business days from the date your payment is confirmed. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 10-12 business days. If there is any delay in receiving your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

We are a small store and our stock consists of a limited amount of handmade product and one-of-a-kind items. Due to this fact we cannot always offer refunds or exchanges. All products are thoroughly examined for any damages prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the item in excellent condition. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product (i.e wrong color, incorrect quantity or has been damaged during shipping) please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
